We are happy to share that Reiner Schränkler joined Ampermo as our chairman of the board!
Reiner is an experienced senior executive, supervisory board member and investor in the energy and infrastructure sector. For more than 11 years he was partner and member of the Investment Committee of iCON Infrastructure LLP. iCON has invested over eight billion euros in energy and transportation infrastructure in Europe and North America.
From 2005 to 2012, he worked for Hochtief AG and was CEO of Hochtief Concessions AG, which managed and invested in airports, toll roads, public-private partnerships (PPPs), and energy infrastructure. Prior to that, he worked in Citigroup's investment banking division, where he was responsible for M&A and financing in the Engineering & Construction and Infrastructure sectors. On behalf of iCON and Hochtief he held national and international supervisory board positions.
