We offer owners of logistics and industrial properties an attractive roof lease starting from a rooftop area of 5,000 m² for the installation of a photovoltaic (PV) system combined with battery storage.
For the installation of large-scale battery storage systems, we offer competitive land lease agreements starting from 500 m².
These solutions generate attractive additional income for property owners. If needed, we can also expand the energy solution to include high-capacity charging infrastructure (up to the megawatt range).

The Process

Duration: approx. 3 days
Preliminary Site Check

We assess the property based on:

  • Legal and zoning requirements
  • Solar irradiation and location suitability
  • Likelihood of securing a suitable grid connection

Feedback on suitability is typically provided within a few days.

Duration: approx. 4 weeks
Lease Offer & Reservation Fee

We then provide a transparent and attractive lease offer along with a fair draft contract.
Upon positive feedback from the grid operator, we pay a reservation fee.

Duration: 3–6 months
Approval Process & Grid Connection

Once the contract is signed, we begin:

  • Applying for building permits
  • Submitting a grid connection request to the relevant operator
Duration: 3–6 months
Construction Phase & Lease Payments

Once all permits are in place and the grid connection is secured, construction begins.
From this point, we pay the full, contractually agreed lease.

After 20–30 years of operation
Dismantling After End of Service Life

After 20–30 years of operation, the system is dismantled within a few weeks.
We provide a decommissioning guarantee at the start of the contract to cover the full dismantling process.
